Linux server management service

THE MONTHLY MANAGEMENT SERVICE INCLUDES:

 
  • Identification of software and hardware faults;
 
  • Monthly updating of the server software. Requires complete updating of the server under a separate project before starting the management service; 
 
  • Support if the software or a part of the system has not been updated in the Linux server over three months or if the distribution of Linux is out of the support scope of the producer:
 
  • Updating of business-critical software above the patch-level once a quarter (Patch-level is the last number of the 3-number version, z for x.y.z);
 
  • Complete updating of the operation system is carried out under a separate project when its official support ends;
 
  • Software support under agreement (consultation, fault detection, changing of basic settings);
 
  • Software distributions and versions under agreement shall be described before the agreement of management services is concluded;
 
  • 24/7 monitoring of load, volumes and operation of services.


Updating activities are regarded as part of management, i.e. if current and unforeseeable issues must be solved due to the update, it may mean that the management services exceed the scope included in the monthly fee.

PRICE OF MANAGEMENT SERVICE 

The price of management service of Linux servers and server services is between 60€ and 120€ per server per month. Before issuing a price offer, we will carry out an inspection of the systems.
