Who processes my personal data?
The company where you applied for a job will be responsible for processing your personal data. The contact details of Primend’s companies are available on our website at www.primend.com
Why are my personal data processed?
The purpose of the processing of your personal data is to carry out the recruitment process, including communication with you as an applicant, and to assess your suitability for the position you are applying for. In addition, we will process your personal data to create a talent bank, which will allow us to contact you when a vacancy matching your profile becomes available.
What kind of personal data do we process, for what purposes and on what legal grounds?
- Assessment of qualifications and suitability.
Data to be processed: personal data (name, personal identification code), data in the CV and motivation letter (incl. education, prior work experience, training certificates, etc.).
- Organising the recruitment process (communication with applicants).
Data to be processed: personal data (name, personal identification code), contact details (e-mail address, phone number).
- Taking former candidates into account for future recruitment (talent bank).
Data to be processed: personal data (name, personal identification code), data in the CV and motivation letter (incl. education, prior work experience, training certificates, etc.).
The basis for data processing is your consent.
- Carrying out background checks.
Data to be processed: personal data (name, personal identification code), data on prior convictions in offence proceedings, data concerning ongoing judicial proceedings, execution and bankruptcy proceedings, affiliations with companies.
The basis for data processing is Primend's legitimate interest to ensure compliance with ISO 90001 and 27001 requirements and information security standards.
How long will you store my personal data?
We will store your personal data for up to 1 year after the end of the recruitment project. After that your personal data will be deleted (incl. from the talent bank). If your application was successful, we may store your personal data for a longer period of time, following the time limits for the storing of personal data established in legislation and the expiration times of potential claims.
What are my rights and how can I exercise them?
You have the right to:
- give your consent for the processing of your personal data and withdraw your consent at any time. However, please note that if you withdraw your consent before the end of the recruitment project, we will no longer be able to assess your suitability for the desired position and your application will be removed.
- request the restriction of your personal data processing (for example, if you don’t want your data to be included in the talent bank).
- request to access your personal data that we have collected about you during the recruitment process. In case of inaccurate or incomplete data, you have the right to request the correction or deletion of such personal data.
- object to the processing of your personal data that Primend carries out based on its legitimate interest.
- request the deletion of your personal data if Primend does not have any legal basis for storing such data.
