Estonian IT companies Primend and Digifi started a merger process to facilitate growth both in the IT markets of Estonia and the Baltic countries with an expanded team and knowledge.
The purpose of the merger of Primend and Digifi is to be even more successful in the Estonian market by joining companies with similar service models and experienced specialists in their field in the environment of rapid growth. The merger will help Primend increase their physical presence in the Southern Estonian region to offer even higher quality and more personalized service to the existing and new customers. After the merger, Primend will have already 100 employees in the three Baltic countries.

The addition of Digifi was a logical step to increase its presence in the South Estonian border.
