ISO Certification
Primend’s mission is to create solutions for people that want to make their companies more successful, and the goal is to consequently improve an organization’s customer satisfaction and overall performance and effectiveness. To do it better every day, Primend has established, implemented, and is managing, maintaining Integrated Quality and Information Security Management System (IMS).
ISO certifications cover all services provided by Primend in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Primend’s IMS is based on two ISO standards:
ISO 9001:2015 addresses various aspects of quality management.
ISO 9001 is one of ISO’s best known standards, which provides guidance and tools for companies who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved. This standard is based on several quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
ISO 9001:2015 Certification helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.
ISO/IEC 27001:2013 sets out the requirements for the information security management.
ISO 27001 is the most recognized global standard to manage the information security risks in an organization and to keep information assets secure. ISO 27001 specifies various requirements to establish, implement, operate, monitor, maintain, and continually improve a Primend’s IMS. ISO 27001 requirements help secure all forms of information such as digital, paper-based, intellectual property, or the data in the cloud and it also provides a systematic framework to protect confidential information from unauthorized, third-party access. This topic is especially important to Primend as we deal with customers data and information.
ISO 27001:2013 Certification helps to protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of information and it indicates that Primend’s IMS aligned with information security best practices.
