NOBE

Priit Nigols | Board Member

NOBE OÜ has been operating in the Estonian construction market since 2000. The company employs 150 people, with 25 working at its Finnish subsidiary, NOBE Rakennus OY. NOBE provides clients with services that cover all stages of the construction process, from planning to completion.

Collaboration with Primend
NOBE’s collaboration with Primend began in November 2023, when NOBE needed to create an entirely new IT infrastructure. This involved a complex process of migrating all existing computers, users, servers, and M365 services to the new system. The scope of the project was impressive and also included creating a new domain controller and permissions system, separating networks, and isolating cloud services. The most challenging and time-consuming part of the project was the tenant-to-tenant migration of SharePoint Online, due to the large volume of files and data. The project had a tight timeline of approximately one month, which required meticulous planning and efficient collaboration between all parties involved. Despite the complexity and time constraints, a detailed project plan was developed, and the best possible project team was assembled. Successful completion of such a project depends on excellent cooperation from all parties.

What Does the Future Hold?
Looking ahead, NOBE plans to delegate several IT-related tasks to Primend, aiming to modernize outdated systems, implement automation solutions, and move forward with modern technologies.

Why Primend?
NOBE chose Primend due to their prior collaboration and Primend’s proactive approach and ability to simplify complex processes.
