Gamesys Estonia is a part of Gamesys Group, that is a leading international online gaming operator, well positioned strategically for future growth in an evolving global sector. They have gone through many successful mergers, the last of them being the merger with Bally’s Interactive in the second half of 2021. For Gamesys it all started with Jackpotjoy but along the way they have grown into the award-winning team of designers, developers, and operators behind some of the leading gaming sites and apps.
In 2018 Gamesys Estonia saw they needed local IT support. The search for a partner was initiated and that is when we crossed paths. The idea was to find a small company with a likeminded group of people behind it. As Gamesys chooses their partners based on values, we were a great fit. Similar values are a core element in both our processes and that has been an important part in our partnership.
Both companies were at a similar stage in their journeys, when our partnership started. We have grown together and with growth there is always more work to get done. Our collaboration started off with us being their in-house IT specialist a few times a week. Our specialist helped users with different IT topics, we offered “Smart hands” service to set up IT solutions based on the Gamesys Group level instructions and of course provided our know-how and personnel to move Gamesys offices several times. By today our collaboration has evolved. They now have their personal in-house IT consultant. As our collaboration has been pleasing for both sides, Primend remains as a back-up, should their in-house consultant need any additional support. We also remain as their hardware supplier.
